
Tina Lyden: Founder, President & CEO

Tina Lyden founded Elysian Fiber in 2018 as a woman-owned, Value Added Reseller of fiber optic cabling solutions. In addition, Elysian Fiber is the first-ever distributor of FiberTRAX. Tina’s industry experience in technology span over three decades and encompasses the development, deployment, and management of multi-million-dollar, enterprise-level IT projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications System Management, emphasizing network engineering and architecture from Ohio University.
Tina's Prior Roles Include:
• She is a former CIO and member of the Executive Management Team for a Central Ohio municipal power company with responsibilities encompassing IT transformation, NERC CIP cyber asset compliance of critical infrastructure, including $10 billion in power generation assets, information security, SCADA functions, technology strategy, and tactical execution including finance oversight. In addition, she provided consultative technology insight to municipal power members in the company’s portfolio.
• Tina founded Triton Technology Solutions in 2010 to provide technology consulting, including virtual CIO services to small and medium-sized businesses and government agencies, and served 16 months as subject matter expert and senior technical business liaison for the State of Ohio under the U.S. Department of Commerce National Telecommunications and Information Administration, State and Local Implementation Grant Program 1.0 for Ohio FirstNet.
• In 2019 Tina joined Connection Nation to serve as Executive Director for Connected Nation Ohio to work in an outreach advocacy role for broadband access, adoption, and use. While in this position, she was the primary spokesperson to local, regional, statewide, and national stakeholders and media. Tina represented Ohio as a State Broadband Leader for the NTIA.
Tina is the Advisory Board Chair for Per Scholas Columbus and serves on the Per Scholas National Board. In addition, she sits on Advisory Boards for Tiffin University’s Center for Cyber Defense and Forensics, Franklin University’s Center for Public Safety and Cybersecurity Education, and the Leadership Board for the Cleveland Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum. Tina is a volunteer on the Governance and Education/Workforce Development sub-committee for the Ohio Cyber Collaboration Committee and the Cleveland Digital Equity Coalition. She is the proud recipient of The Light That Shines award from EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec.
Homer Wicke: Field Director
Homer Wicke has been involved in offering technology solutions that enhance lives since 1974. His focus has always been on creating a relationship with clients that allows him to offer the best solutions for their communication problems.
Because of his deep understanding of communication technology, Homer can help clients better understand the opportunities that Elysian Fiber and TRAXyL offer to improve connectivity for municipalities and consumers.
